The backend story of this call is, my cousin Works at a hotel in Central California and his friend he recommended just started working at the front lobby area answering phone calls, however he has been noticing he is never at the front to answer calls and people at work need to call his personal cell phone in order to get him to return to his lobby desk area in order to answer calls to the hotel!
