Katie's Episode 9

<p>This week I review the mostly awful fashion on week 9 of Katie's season. Most notably the small pink shrug-like cardigan. Why is Katie covering up every cute dress with a such boring cardigans?! I do give some unpopular opinions, where I don't hate some things quite as much as other people do. For example, my thoughts on her white pompom cable-knit sweater. I also talk about how her makeup is also looking just as juvenile as her clothes. Basically, between the poorly done eyeliner and the cardigans it looks like she's a 12 year old in 2008.
