John Wayne Gacy

<p>Perhaps no serial killer in history is more infamous than John Wayne Gacy. Convicted for the murders of 33 young boys and men, 27 of whom were found buried in the crawlspace beneath his suburban home, Gacy was seen as a model citizen, staunch supporter of the Jaycee's and successful businessman. What people didn't know was that he had a darker side, one that hid as he donned his clown makeup to perform as 'Pogo the Clown' in children's hospitals. This darker side would lead him to rape, torture, and ultimately strangle the young men that he consider to be 'his property,' while maintaining the facades he had constructed around him.
