Is self-love selfish?

Life as we know it, has changed so drastically. Today, peace along with balance between work and leisure, is so necessary and when we don’t achieve this, we feel guilty! We forget to take care of the most important person, and that’s YOU. It is important to take out time for yourself, compliment & commend yourself for small things. Remember by loving yourself, you’ll live a life you love.
