When Chris Farley died, he was in the middle of production for Shrek. Leaving it up in the air, Mike Myers would eventually replace him and give our favourite ogre a Canadian mountie-style voice. Soon after production had finished Myers had an epiphany of sorts and decided Shrek would be better suited with a Scottish accent and the rest is history..
