Episode 40 Community

As human beings we need social ties and relationships. In short we need a sense of community for our emotional, mental and physical well-being. How do we find that community and maintain it? How do we rebuild that sense of community when we've been transplanted to a new location? Building support systems to combat the feeling of isolation is key.
