64. Confirmation Bias

Whatever thoughts we have running through our head our brain is going to go to work proving true. Have you ever learned a new word and you all of the sudden start hearing that word all the time? It's because your brain is constantly creating evidence for whatever it's focused on. This is a great perk of having a brain. It can, however, work in our disfavor.
