Self Confidence

<p>Sorry for the delay on this episode! Wasn't feeling it yesterday and as a wise man once said, 'you can't force the cards.'</p><p>Self confidence is a weird one, you can feel great about yourself one second, only to feel like shit the next over something very trivial.</p><p>This episode touches on similar issues to one of my previous solo episodes 'Self Worth' however this one was more about my experience with my own self confidence, why buying a new outfit for a night out with close friends isn't necessarily a good idea and how I'm slowly accepting I'll never have shoulder length hair again (maybe this is a good thing 🤷🏼‍♂️).</p><p>We all have our own issues with ourself, whether its our hairline, our stomach, anything. Hopefully we can all start to realise this stuff doesn't matter as much as we think it does in our own heads.</p><p>The more we all talk, the easier it becomes 🙌🏼</p><p></p><p>Enjoy 🍻</p>
