Do you have the processes in place to make the most of it and how can you turn it into an actual sale?</p> <p>With a service-led business, a website’s objective is about building confidence and trust. The buying experience will take more time than e-commerce, moving at the speed suitable for them. Rushing to seal a deal may have an undesired effect: if you seem too keen, it could make them question your motives in the relationship. Different enquiries will move at different rates and a process is required to deal with these in the most appropriate way.</p>
