To be super frank, I think I use the words diarrhea in the line above to try to scare away people who might judge me as I share some ways I help treat low back pain. I’m still having issues with judgy physical therapist and with that it makes me feel uncomfortable to share what helps my patients over and over and over again. With the success of what I do for low back pain in mind, I felt myself pulled to help out anybody who feels a little stuck with their patient rehabilitation regarding the low back. As usual, take what works for you and your patient and toss what doesn’t. You’ve got this!
