Forgiveness

<p>In this episode we set out to talk through forgiveness. Which, according to psychologists, is “the act of releasing resentment, regardless of how much the other person deserves it.” Ouch.</p><p>We thought we were going to talk about just our mom-daughter relationship...turns out Ingrid had more baggage to unpack.
