Description

The simple answer is responsive is giving the market something it is asking for (reactive). Innovative is creating something it doesn't know it wants and then can't live without (proactive).

In this conversation we discovered a third option, creating something that doesn't exist (innovative) that the market is demanding it needs (responsive).

It was a lively conversation with Charlie Janes, Michael Davis and Pascal Derrien. We even got into how companies encourage or squelch innovation. The conversation created the question, How can a leader get the most from introverts? That will be posted tomorrow.

To connect with the panelists, please visit their LinkedIn profiles: Pascal Derrien: https://www.linkedin.com/in/pascalderrien/ Michael Davis: https://www.linkedin.com/in/michaeldavisspeakingcpr/ Charlie Janes: https://www.linkedin.com/in/charliejanes/ Dr Robyn Odegaard: https://www.linkedin.com/in/robynodegaard/

#QuickHits are designed to exercise your brain by letting you listen in on an unscripted conversation to get other people's thoughts on various subjects.
