Proposed Design for Troy's Monument Square- Waterfront

September 8th the proposed design for Troy's Monument Square was presented to the city. HMM's Andrea Cunliffe brings together excerpts from that event specifically relating to the outdoor space, the plaza, the park and the riverfront. We hear from representatives of developer Holboken Brownstown Company, and the Troy Local Development Corporation who are partnering with The City of Troy to redevelop the One Monument Square site, a long-vacant waterfront property in downtown Troy.
