Powhatan is TS

<p>Covid vaccines are rolling out, but the distribution and rules around these are often a mess at best. Mix in some less than organized parts of the country, and it is a lot like watching kids try and find effective work arounds for swear words.  They don't sound right even on paper, and certainly do not accomplish the end goal. Son of a biscuit it is a flat out TS, gosh.  </p>
