The Bank of England Chief Economist has certainly started one of those. He says Brits need to accept they are worse off instead of seeking pay rises - or price increases - to keep up with inflation. Bloomberg's senior economics reporter Philip Aldrick discusses whether Huw Pill has a point when he talks about the game of 'pass the parcel'.
