What does an open heart mean? It means you’re not judging the current circumstance as good or bad and you’re excepting what is happening as true. This gives you the freedom to choose without being reactive. Awareness of your mindset and emotions mean/or activity unless judgment. Opening your heart is like absorbing circumstance as well as filter or judgment.
