We open up the "Js" with -- <em>James</em>. <em>James </em>is the fifth track off of Billy’s fourth studio album, Turnstiles. <em>James</em>, was released as the second single off of the album in July of 1976 and reached #77 on Australian charts, but did not chart in the United States. Like everyone has done since 1976, we try and figure out who James actually is in Billy's life and why he thinks it's necessary to keep reminding him how great he's doing.
