Is this an acceptable way to judge yourself?

I don't believe we SHOULD be better than yesterday, but rather show up and do our best and being better will simply be the result. But what if you're not bringing your truest expression of yourself to the world? Then no wonder you judge yourself. Because you know you can do better. Question is, will you?
