Holding Offence

The ability to be sensitive to the ones we offended,it needs to be a process to apologize and let the matter cool down literally.A chip of trust has left the offended:there's need to work it back,so if we realy want it to get better then we let the person heal and go back,even if it means space and little communication with respect to their healing.it might call for one even to avoid normalcy (jokes,calls,randomness...) just allow them come back to your former camaraderie.
