Fear is NOT a Leadership tool

In this episode I challenge you to develop a healthy relationship with fear. Unfortunately, there are too many mediocre managers who are still operating from an outdated perspective that fear is an effective motivator. Make no mistake if you think using fear as a regular motivator of your employees you are moving toward mediocrity. Fear, simply put, is a #stupid tool for leaders. We need to cultivate trust with employees. Trust allows us to align a team toward performance. Fear is destabilizing and destructive to relationships and performance.
