Equal pay for equal work - the law is not enough.

South Africa’s progressive anti-discrimination legislation on its own is not enough to help employees enforce their right to equal pay for equal work, with more than 80% of pay discrimination claims failing in the courts close to 20 years of the Employment Equity Act.
