An Entrepreneur has to be willing to learn from his/her mistakes, failures as well as accept advice by others like mentors or even employees otherwise he/she don’t have a flexible growth mindset and they get stuck in their ways. So be willing to learn and accept advice from others is a trait of an entrepreneur
