Where does peace come from ?

<p>Peace is the result of retraining your brain to process life as it &nbsp;is, rather than how you think it should be. Oh my goodness, I got that &nbsp;quote from a client the other day and I love it. It's absolutely &nbsp;beautiful. So how would you like life to go really? Well, it isn't about &nbsp;what you want. It's about what is absolutely true. Suffering, &nbsp;unfortunately, is by choice. So learning how to flow with life and not &nbsp;resist it is where true peace comes from. I love you.
