HERstory is a podcast for equity in all facets of the music industry. The podcast's founder, Casidy Reed, began this podcast with the hopes of educating, inspiring, and amplifying the voices of underrepresented communities in music.  Guests come from various music careers - education, jazz, classical, popular, conducting, composition, music business, producers, and others.  "Sharing our stories is a way to claim our space"  Sharing our stories not only claim our space, but educate, advocate, and bring awareness to the inequity issues that still exist in the music profession.  Equity for all.
