ShotSpotter and Terry Stops

<p>Continuing with the subject of technology, Attorney Eric Daigle reviews the DC Circuit Court of Appeals decision in United States v. Chauncey Jones (2021). This case involves use of the Shotspotter gunshot detection system to justify a Terry stop, and Jones' appeal to suppress evidence of a firearm found through the stop.</p>
