Ruth Smith - Tipperary Public Participation Network coordinator

Ruth Smith has been appointed as Tipperary Public Participation Network coordinator. She was formerly community development coordinator at Knockanrawley Resource Centre, based in Tipperary Town, Ruth has been a community worker for 25 years, 22 of those years were with the resource center coordinator. She joined Fran in studio.
