Perfectionism

I never liked it when people called me a perfectionist. There's nothing wrong with setting high goals, working hard, and wanting things to be the best they can be. But there's another side. If it hurts you, then it takes away your happiness and eats away at your confidence and self-esteem. Don't let name calling like perfectionist and overachiever keep you from reaching for the stars. But at the same time, don't be blind if you are only hurting yourself in the process. Learn how to find that balance.
