OOIDA objects to rest area shutdowns

<p><strong>LLN (3/17/20) –</strong> Rest areas are being shut down by two states, just as the nation is turning to truckers to keep urgently needed supplies moving, depriving drivers of a place to rest. Also, tickets and violations can work differently depending on where you are, and some local procedures can lead to big problems if they’re not handled directly.
