Obviously Isolating *mostly - Gogyo

There’s ramen and then there’s ramen and Gogyo in Surry Hills is giving us just that. Master and founder Shigemi Kawahara broke tradition in 2003 by burning the crap out of the miso and from there he never looked back. The infamous Kogashi Miso can be found here along with more traditional ramens as well as an eclectic entrée and dessert menu.
