He is now co-host of the podcast <em>Men Talking Mindfulness</em> (<a href= "https://mentalkingmindfulness.com/)">https://mentalkingmindfulness.com/)</a> and he is also a mindfulness and meditation teacher.</p> <p>Jon talks how mindfulness and meditation helped him deal with the experiences in combat zones.
