Making our minds sick with brain candy

Be careful what and how much you consume. How much sugary media are you consuming? To help &#8216;eat&#8217; a balanced diet of data, I propose in this episode how to consume and what to consume, part of this is my media vitamins:Vitamin C (Classics): Watch the classic movies, listen to classical music (explore songs of any genre or country), and read classic works of literature.<br/><br/>Vitamin N (New): Keep up with the trends of the day, such as the podcasts, movies, music, artists, etc. people are currently enjoying. You don&#8217;t have to like them, just give them a chance.<br/><br/>Vitamin O (Old): Old does not necessarily mean classic, but it does mean someone from a completely different world and generation has shared their creativity. You may discover an absolute treasure that has been passed over by others simply because they didn&#8217;t recognize the artist or creator.<br/><br/>Vitamin U (Unique): &#8220;If you only read the books that everyone else is reading, you can only think what everyone else is thinking.&#8221; - Haruki Murakami<br/><br/>Vitamin E (Emotion): Be sure that whatever you consume, it evokes thought and passion, with the ability to ground you in your humanity.
