It's Time

<p>We make a <em>lot</em> of excuses just to put off the thing we said we’re going to do to reach our goals. We say things like, “I don’t have the time!” But in reality, what really makes many of us procrastinate from taking the next step to our dreams are fears and assumptions. We fear that, because we failed the last time we took a risk, we’re going to fail again. We assume how our stories are going to go. We keep old labels that hinder us from achieving our success.</p> <p>It’s time to change the narrative.</p> <p>In this episode, I discuss the overwhelm that we feel and how we put off our goals and dreams. I share tools to help you overcome fears and assumptions and explain how writing your <em>In a Perfect World</em> scenario can help you move towards your goals. I describe our tendency to take care of everyone and everything else - our families, homes, businesses - but never ourselves.
