Head On Collision - Audio

I don’t know anyone who wants to be in a head on collision. They are the most violent of crashes. Usually nothing good comes out of them. But there are head on collisions other than in cars. Head on collisions come in all shapes and sizes, all locations and circumstances. Bedtime with a crying toddler is one. Parents and teenagers is another. I suspect that many husbands and wives have had a few head on collisions themselves. In-laws, you bet. And of course, Christians have many opportunities for head on collisions with Satan. They are called obstacles. In this second of three in a series of Overcoming Obstacles. The first was a paralyzed man who had obstacle getting to see Jesus and “Couldn’t get there from here”. This week, David has a head on collision with Goliath. Sometimes the only way to overcome an obstacle is head on. And facing obstacles is a fact of life. But many times, the obstacles we have overcome have helped us with bigger obstacles, like the Goliath obstacles that we may face. Overcoming obstacles helps us overcome obstacles.
