<p>Engineering News – Saildrone Inc Unmanned Surface Vehicle sails into Hurricane Sam (2:10).</p> <p>This week's engineering failure is Apollo 1 (10:30). A fire broke out during a pre-launch test (13:50) on what was supposed to be the first crewed spaceflight to the Moon.
