<p>If you injure yourself physically, do you just ignore the wound and say oh yeah time will take care of that. NO. You go about fixing it, right? Bandaids, physio, surgery whatever it needs. You don’t’ sit back and hope for the best.  </p> <p> </p> <p><em>Time helps but it doesn’t heal.
