What is your level of honesty, professionalism, and integrity?<em> How are you showing up as a coach? How are you honoring others' identities as a coach?</em> </li> <li>Focus on the <strong>relationship</strong>: how are you showing empathy, care, and nurturing the coach/client relationship?
