Life started out quite difficult when Chef Yia Vangs parents had to flee their home country and find refuge. His parents tried very hard with their 7 children. Chef Yia Vang's love for Prime Rib made him take a job as a dishwasher then he became one of the GREATEST chefs we have today teaching us all about his beautiful culture.
