We all know that we learn with failure. Unless we dare experimenting with something, we will  end up being routine. Life will be stuck. But Failure is 50% of the deal along with any experiment. So here are 4 ways we can minimize the damage. 🧨 Rehearse the after-scenario There will be negative reactions from few people of influence and power. They have their own agenda of protest. Sometimes it is loss of time. At times it is waste of resources. At other times, it is too spread out. But if you have a plan as to how you will manage their reactions, then very likely that these reactions will be less hurtful. It also helps you in paying attentions to the objectionable details a bit more. 🧨 Retain composure at failure No matter what, when a failure happens, it hurts. Even more pinching will be the reactions of some. Some wait for such moments to pinch or taunt you. But it is a packaged deal of innovation. Take everybody in history who thought differently. Galilio comes mind. The church was prevalent at his time. He became blind spending his like in prison. That is the extent of punishment if you are seeing something that is very different. So caution needs to be exercised. 🧨Rework on the new dimensions As the experiment concludes, you see a set of new discoveries. Wrong set of assumptions unearthed. A new viewpoint came out that may go against the present vested interest. And you need to carefully document that. 🧨Reset parameters one at a time I am talking about too much conservative mindset at workplace. Given they are there already, space your experiments sufficiently. Allow each parameter to live its life without haste. It will be telling over time. And Automatically be accepted as a new paradigm. Till that time, its consistent evidence collection. <
