You are doing your best

<p>Most of us worry about making everyone else happy and ensuring things are going well. You know, that gets old and tiring. And you can't keep all those things up in the air after a while. How about this? You are doing your best. Don't be so busy and all that focus on just resting and relaxing and taking your time to be today and be more yourself. This idea of being true to yourself means you say no more often to others. And you say yes to yourself more often. Remember, you are doing your best. I love you.
