<p>Mindset coach Dr. Manuela Powell, a former breast cancer surgeon at the famous Sloan Kettering Hospital in NYC, talks about her Brazilian mother Andrea, a psychologist who taught her to stop and think, to consciously decide what you want from life, that you can build a successful new career in your 40s, and that you'll never feel ready for big things in life - so you should just do them.
