President Xi addresses UN General Assembly

As the 76th UN General Assembly opened in New York, Chinese President Xi Jinping announced a roadmap to take China's cooperation with the UN to a new level. Meanwhile, U.S. President Joe Biden said the U.S. is not seeking a new Cold War.
