Population Censure

Population is something that is often overlooked in Nigeria. Neither the government nor the populace is doing anything or enough of anything to control the population, not realizing that the population is a very important tool which can make or mar this country of ours, Nigeria. If we want to make things better then we all have to collectively start participating actively in population censure.
