Hallucinations are sensory experiences that one person witnesses, they are usually told that others do not witness the same sensory information (touch, smell, taste, hearing, vision). Dreams are commonly thought of as items we have not yet worked out in our self conscious. Others believe dreams have meanings, can be interpreted for future direction. We all have perceptions but determining from where they are derived is fascinating.
