Our conversation is going to be a wrap-up of the key topics of 'Focusing on Us'.</p> <p>Why?</p> <p>Well, to be honest, we weren't planning this 'summary' episode, but as with conscious parenting, sometimes things don't go as planned. In those moments, it good to reflect on where you are, re-evaluate and be solution-focused.
