The things we tell ourselves!  The secret to really having a new year is found in your daily disciplines and decisions.  Keyword-daily.  Often we put things off and seem to have more confidence in our future self than who we are today.  That actually prevents us from showing up today and becoming the person who is prepared for what we see for tomorrow.
