<p>Chase and Bill sit down with Director of US Gym Operations and CoFounder of the HAM Plan which is now the NEW CrossFit Affiliate Programming, Austin Malleolo.  We discuss how Austin got into CrossFit which lead to his journey from troubled teen, CrossFit Games super star, Seminar Staff Flow Master and now the head of "CAP".  We talk everything from two CAP started to the inner details and roll out schedule will be for affiliates moving forward.  </p>
