Andy Mele interview

<p>Tonight’s guest is author Andy Mele. Since 2003, Andy (whose seven books can be found at Amazon under the name Andrew Paul Mele) has written books about entertainer Len Carrie; two books about the Brooklyn Dodgers; a book about Italian-Americans who lived on Staten Island, New York;a book about Italian-Americans who played baseball; and six months ago he released his latest book “The Italian Squad: How the NYPD took down the Black Hand Extortion Racket”. Born and raised in Brooklyn during the heyday of the Brooklyn Dodgers. Andy also writes articles in the <em>Staten Island Advance</em> and the <em>Italian Tribune</em>.</p>
