7 – Selfie Dysmorphia

<p>This week, AYOR changes things up a bit. Because change is good, right? Right?? This week Sarah helps us understand Selfie Dysmorphia (who knew it had a name!) because you know things are bad when you can’t tell what’s scarier: the ocean being on fire or seeing a photo of yourself!</p><p>Sarah walks us through the psychology behind judging ourselves so harshly, obsessing over photos, and even using filters or photo editing apps to break our own brains. We also learn the ways that the camera IS actually lying to us and why you shouldn’t believe those mean thoughts in your little noggin.
