I've talked to people who think quarantine is the BEST time to build an exercise routine and I've also talked to people who think it's getting in the way. It's not quarantine or gyms closing or coronavirus... it's what we THINK about them</p> <p>-Rephrase the convo in your brain to see possibility instead of obstacles</p> <p>WHAT'S THE RIGHT WORKOUT TO DO? WHAT IF IT'S NOT ENOUGH?! :</p> <p>- Get rid of the idea that moving your body in any way isn't enough. What if it IS enough?! What is something you enjoy doing (walking your dog, hiking, dancing) and if it was enough to count as movement or exercise... how would you show up and do it?</p> <p>-If you don’t have something you enjoy right now… what would be fun to do or what would feel really cool/authentic to identify as?! Think of the version of you living her healthiest life? What is SHE doing?
