59. Gratitude

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">In this week’s episode Grego and Pricey look at Gratitude.</span></p> <p><strong>What is it?</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Firstly we need to say that gratitude is a mind and heart set. It is a way of thinking and being – a way of looking at the world. Some people just live appreciating things around them. They get out of bed in the morning and see and appreciate the beauty of the morning, what they have, what they are going to do and more. Others in exactly the same circumstances just get out of bed.</span></p>
